Moved
So I moved out on Monday. I have my own house!!!!! Ok I share it with two other gals but still....I'm out. It's in Edmond. Awoohoo! I know. I'm not a big fan of Edmond, but that's where I go to school, so it's very convenient.
What a Road Trip!!!!
My My My!!! It was a pretty successful road trip. I saw Katie graduate. It was very awe inspiring and saddening at the same time. I was very proud of my friend, yet at the same time I realize that I will not be a TECH alumni. The school I take pride in will not be on my diploma. It made me tear up. I saw some very good friends that I've missed so much. I'm not sorry I left Lubbock. I'm sorry I left friends like that. I'm sorry I left a school that made me happy. I'm sorry I left a state that felt like home. What else this weekend? I got in an accident. My driver side door won't open. I have to crawl through the passenger side. I'm still sore. I was kidnapped by some good friends because I'm now 21 and we had to go to a bar. Thanks fellas. I had a great time. Lefty your ass is still one of the best...ever. Mike thanks for the carry out of the bar. I didn't need it, but it always nice to be swept off your feet, even if it is only literally. Josh thanks for being my ride. It was pretty nice talkin with you, too. All in all, a good weekend. I'm a little worried about some things, like getting my car fixed, etc...but it'll all work itself out.
I needed this. The therapist might be happy to hear all this.
Holiday Cookies
Here's a hoilday recipe I thought everyone might enjoy.
1 cup of butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup lemon juice
4 large eggs
1 cup nuts
2 cups of dried fruit
1 bottle Jose Cuervo Tequila
Sample the Cuervo to check quality. Take a large bowl,
Check the Cuervo again, to be sure it is of the highest quality,
Pour one level Cup and drink.
Turn on the electric mixer...Beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy Bowl.
Add one teaspoon of sugar...Beat again. At this point i! t's best to makesure the Cuervo is still OK, try another cup just in case.
Turn off the mixerer thingy. Break 2 leggs and add to the bowl and chuck in the cup of dried fruit, pick the frigging fruit off floor...Mix onThe turner.
If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaterers just pry it loosewith a drewscriver. Sample the Cuervo to check for consisticity..
Next, sift two cups of salt, or something. Who giveshz a sheet. Check theJose Cuervo. Now shift the lemon juice and strain your nuts. Add one Table.
Add a spoon of sugar, or somefink. Whatever you can find. Greash the oven.
Turn the cake tin 360 degrees and try not to fall over. Don't forget to beatoff the turner. Finally, throw the bowl through the window, finish the CoseJuervo and make sure to put the stove in the dishwasher.
